Urban Adventure October 17 and 18
Good morning Scout. There is an adventure lurking in the urban jungle of Pasadena. It is causing boys to give up electronic games and brag about their weekend. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find out about this adventure and report back to your patrol.
Mission starts 6pm Friday, October 17, Budget:free, Destination: Unknown
You will be given coordinates on how to get to the drop-off point from your home. You will then need to backpack in 1.5 miles to a private park where you will make camp with your team for the night. Your cover will be that of a Boy Scout working on rank advancement. You must complete your mission and be out of the area by noon the next day or risk capture from the natives.
As usual, if you are captured by Li-Ions, we will disavow acknowledgement and you will face certain boredom. Good luck, Scout. This message will self-destruct.
New Merit Badge Classes start November 3, 7:00pm
Computers; Personal Fitness; and Sports Merit Badge classes will start promptly at 7:00pm All those that wish to start the classes should have the appropriate book and a signed blue card.
